This tender covers amongst others:
- Concrete and masonry construction of the frame
- Damp proof membrane
- Balcony waterproofing and covering
- External cladding, windows, patio doors etc
- Structural steel roof support/s
- Roof covering
- Balcony Glass and Metal balustrades
- Drainage pipe work
The tender excludes:
- Plumbing and electrical installation
- Air Conditioning
- Internal finishes of all descriptions

A fee of €1,500 is applicable for the purchase of each Tender Pack. One copy of the tender document is available at our offices during office hours for viewing.
